Support at Every Step of Patient Care
BioConnetiX streamlines access to TBI specialists, making personalized medicine efficient, cost-effective, and connected – exactly as it should be.
Pre-Order Guidance: Deliver Clarity with Confidence in Every Case
Access to the most advanced diagnostic science shouldn't be limited. With BioConnetiX, providers gain direct access to the MD/PhD's behind the science – enabling seamless integration of molecular medicine into real-world patient care.
- Ask questions about the test itself, the underlying science, or patient management following specific results.
- Connect at any time by phone or HIPAA-compliant email.
- There is no charge for this service.
Diagnostic Support: Seamless Access to Specialized Post-Acute TBI Care
Any licensed provider managing the care of an injured patient may order the TBI test. Clinical workup, TBI care plan management, long-term support, and continued monitoring may also be referred to a specialist in our network. Payment for the test is typically covered under a Letter of Protection (LOP) issued by the patient's personal injury attorney.
- If you prefer not to manage a patient’s TBI care plan – or if you have ordered the test but would like to refer long-term management for patients with positive diagnoses – our network of independent neurologists and neuro-intensivists is available.
- These specialists are trained in the clinical science behind our diagnostics. Our in-network neuro-intensivists have fellowship training in the multidisciplinary management of intracranial pressure management and specialized nueromedical interventions. They bring the expertise required to develop and oversee TBI across the continuum of care.
- Services are available via telehealth.
Post-Result Questions: Multi-Disciplinary Consultation
If you have questions about recommended testing intervals following a diagnosis, or clarification of interpretation provided by the molecular pathologist, our physicians are available at any time for a multidisciplinary consult with the ordering provider.
